Congregational Assistance Plan (CAP)

Zion CRC is a “CAP Church”! What does that mean?

Here at Zion, we recognize that we live in a world broken by sin, which in turn means we live in a world filled with brokenness
in relationships as well. Sometimes we face situations containing challenges or struggles which we cannot resolve on our own. Sometimes we feel so overwhelmed that we don’t know what to do, or where to turn.
The Congregational Assistance Plan (CAP) provides a safe, anonymous and confidential place of support and help to real needs such as job loss, grief, marital breakdown, parent-child conflict, depression or anxiety, a traumatic event, or exhaustion. All services are provided at no cost to members of Zion CRC.
