Sunday School

The purpose of the Sunday school ministry is to teach children about God's love through the stories and promises in God's word, the wonder and stewardship of God's world and the joy that comes from living in God's way. Sunday School takes places during our AM service, and gives children a chance to learn about God's love in a way they can understand and remember! Cpme join us Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM. Sunday School is dismissed after the opening worship.

"Questions Worth Asking" 

A Contemporary Twist on Catechism

NEW at Zion this September is a course for grades 7-10 called `Questions Worth Asking`. This curriculum is based on the Catechism but is offered in a way that is easier to understand and fun to learn. In this study of the Heidelberg Catechism, students learn with "head, heart and hands" as they recognize the Catechism as a summary of the Bible's central truths, discover how it applies to their life in today's complicated world, and formulate their own faith statements. All in grades 7-10 are welcome to join us for this new, exciting class offered during our AM worship service after the worship time. Come join us Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM.
